Retrieving Funds
The Scout should
indicate on the permission slip or application for the troop activity or summer
camp his approval for using his escrow money for the activity and the amount to
be used.
For Scout related material to be
approved by the TLC, the Scout should present, in writing, a request to the TLC
for the escrow funds. The request should
detail the item and its cost. The TLC
will respond by indicating on the request if the request is accepted or
rejected. If rejected, the escrow funds
will not be reimbursed to the Scout. If
accepted, the troop treasurer will issue a check to the Scout for the funds
only after receiving proof of purchase for the item(s).

To apply for the escrow funds, the scout

purchased. If approved, the Scout will
receive a check from the treasurer after the TLC receives proof of purchase.
